Special Issue on "IPEC-Nagasaki 2026"

The Industry Applications Society of the Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan (IEEJ) plans to publish a special issue on IPEC-Nagasaki 2026 of IEEJ Journal of Industry Applications in May 2027. This special issue will feature the latest advancements in power converter, electric machine and control technologies that are presented and published in the proceedings of International Power Electronics Conference 2026, IPEC-Nagasaki 2026 -ECCE Asia-.

Every author who has presented a paper at IPEC-Nagasaki 2026 has the right to submit a manuscript for possible publication in the special issue. The peer reviewing committee of the Industry Applications Society of IEEJ will review all the submitted papers according to the regular reviewing procedure. Please note that papers that have not been presented at IPEC-Nagasaki 2026 will not be considered for possible publication in the special issue.

IEEJ publishes several types of Transactions. Thus, please make sure to select IEEJ Journal of Industry Applications from the drop-down list of "Type" when submitting your paper. In addition, please choose the special issue theme entitled "2027/05 Special Issue on IPEC-Nagasaki 2026" from the drop-down list of "Special Issue".

Important Notice

Note that the manuscript will not be included in the Special Issue and be included in a normal issue, if the manuscript has not been accepted for publication by the deadline for inclusion in the Special Issue due to the review process.
The manuscript should be in IEEJ format. Please refer to "For Authors" in the website below.

Please add the presented IPEC-Nagasaki 2026 conference paper in the reference list and add the description at the left-bottom side of Page 1 (Footnote section), that the paper was presented as an IPEC-Nagasaki 2026 conference paper, for which IEEJ holds the copyright (please refer to the following URL).
