* After you complete on-line registration, a reply e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address automatically.
If you do not receive any e-mail message within 24 hours, please contact the IPEC2026 registration desk.
* On-site registration will be available at the conference venue throughout the duration of the conference.
We would appreciate your cooperation to register as early as possible.

Purchasing Tickets for the Banquet through Online Registration Form: Until April 30, 2026

After April 30th, if you would like to purchase the Banquet ticket, please visit the registration desk on-site on May 31. We will accept applications in the order received and will close once the limit is reached.

*1: Supporting organizations are listed here .

*2: Student Member registration is only applied to a student member of IEEJ, KIPE, CES, IEEE PELS/IAS/IES or other supporting organization.

*3: Student rate is applicable only to those who have student status at the time of conference and not to students who have a full-time job. Students are required to submit a scanned image file of their student ID via online registration form.

*4: Life Member registration is applicable to a retired person who still continues his/her membership of either IEEJ, KIPE, CES, IEEE PELS/IAS/IES or other supporting organization.

*5: Additional Paper Submission Fee only authorizes the author to pay for one more paper per one Regular Rate.

*6: Banquet fee is NOT included in the Registration fees. Participant needs to buy a banquet ticket to attend the Banquet. Please note that the banquet ticket fee is tentative and may subjected to change. Registration for the banquet will be start from Mid-February, 2026.

*7: Accompanying persons are limited to the participants' family members only. Registration for the accompanying persons will be start from Mid-February, 2026.

Important Notice for Authors to Register

In order to submit a paper, at least one author is required to complete the conference registration and payment.

Deadline for Author Registration: Friday, March 23 (JST=UTC+9)

1) If an author is to submit one paper:

One Regular Rate registration is needed.

2) If an author is to submit two papers: Case 1, 2

The author can receive a discount of regular rate for the additional paper (additional paper submission fee is valid for one additional paper).

If the author has a student co-author, the additional paper submission fee can be applied to the co-author student's registration fee.

*If the additional paper submission fee is used for the co-author student's registration fee, the rate depends on the student membership status.

3) If an author is to submit three papers:Case 3, 4

The author needs to pay for two regular rates and one additional paper submission fee (additional paper submission fee is valid for one additional paper).

If the author has a student co-author, the additional paper submission fee can be applied to the co-author student's registration fee.

*If the additional paper submission fee is used for the co-author student's registration fee, the rate depends on the student membership status.

Payment

Payment should be made in Japanese yen, and can be made by Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, AMEX or JCB) only.

Receipt

Receipt can be downloaded from your registration account.

Change of Registration

Please revise your registration information by logging-in to your registration account.

If you would like to change your registration category, please contact the IPEC2026 registration desk.

Cancellation

Notice of cancellations must be made in writing to the IPEC2026 registration desk. The following cancellation fees will apply, based on the date when we receive your cancellation notification. (If the notice is sent after our working hours, cancellation policy of our next working day will apply.)
However, if you are the author of the papers listed on the conference proceedings, your registration fee will NOT be refunded.
