JIA-to-IPEC 2026 CFP

Authors of papers published in the IEEJ Journal of Industry Applications (JIA) -regular papers, excluding post-conference papers- of Vol. 14, Issue 1 (January 2025) and subsequent issues will have the option to present their JIA papers at IPEC 2026.
This opportunity allows JIA authors to promote and showcase their work to the international community.

Please note that one regular registration is required for a JIA-to-IPEC 2026 presentation.
Please email the required information to the IPEC 2026 Paper Submission Office (ipec2026-p@ech.co.jp) by March 6th, 2026. The office will respond shortly thereafter.

Required Information:

• ・Volume, issue number, and page numbers of the JIA paper
   e.g., IEEJ Journal of Industry Applications, Vol. ○, No. ○, pp. ○○–○○, 2025
• ・Title of the JIA paper
• ・Full list of authors, and designation of one author as the presenter
• ・Your name
• ・Email address
• ・Please let us know whether you submitted an extended summary last November or not
