Regular Session
IPEC-Nagasaki 2026 offers a platform for academics and industry professionals to showcase their cutting-edge research and advancements in power electronics, motor drives, motion control, and related fields. This conference aims to foster collaboration between academia and industry, driving innovation in these critical areas.
All papers presented at this conference will be included in IEEE Xplore. Furthermore, authors will have the opportunity to submit their papers for publication in the IEEJ Journal of Industry Applications and IEEE transactions on Industry Application. The technical committee warmly invites those interested in presenting at the regular sessions to submit an Extended Summary in English by November 14, 2025.

Extended Summary
An extended summary describing work not previously published or presented (except for JIA-IPEC Publication Link for IPEC 2026 (*1)) must be electronically submitted in a PDF file through the conference website via the online submission system, which will open on September 1, 2025, no later than November 14, 2025.
(*1) Note: The JIA-IPEC Publication Link for IPEC 2026 Paper will NOT be published either in IEEE Xplore or Conference Proceedings. For details, please check here.
Format
The extended summary should be up to 4 pages (except Reference) on A4 format with supporting figures, tables headed by title of paper and choice of topic category.
*Please do not indicate any author names.

Important Note
The extended summary should clearly define the salient concepts and novel features of the work. Be sure to mention past or previous works to distinguish your originality from them.
Review
The submitted extended summary will be reviewed via a peer review process in order to ensure the highest technical quality of the conference.
Final Manuscript
Format
The extended summaryfinal manuscript should be up to 8 pages on A4 format with supporting figures, tables headed by title of paper.

IEEE Crosscheck
Your manuscript will be submitted for plagiarism checking to the IEEE Crosscheck system.
REQUIREMENT: PROVIDE SELF- AND CROSS- CITATION INFORMATION
Self-citation occurs when authors reference their own papers in their work.
Cross-citation is when an author cites the work of another author or a group.
IPEC 2026 may reject the submitted manuscript or request revision if excessive (>25%) self- and cross- citation is identified.

Registration Payment
Please complete the Registration and make the credit card payment first.
After that, please proceed with the Final Manuscripts Submission.
You are required to enter the accepted submission paper ID for which you are making the payment on the registration form.
If the additional paper fee will be used for the co-author student’s registration fee, please indicate the submission paper ID, student name, and the student’s email address in the registration form.
Once the payment is confirmed, the registration desk will send the “Student Fee-Waiver Code” to the student.
Instructions will be provided to students eligible for free registration.
Publication
The final manuscript will be published in the Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore. If the final manuscript was not presented at the conference, it will NOT be included in IEEE Xplore.
